Developed by TIDCO to enable research in the field of bio-technology, it houses 87 labs of various categories to a gross area of 610,000 square feet. Provisions for retail cum convention centre with a parking for 600 cars have been done. Ticel Tech Park can also play host to private BSL3 labs.
